CAN YOU CLEAN WITH MY DOG IN THE YARD?
Yes, we love cleaning with dogs! For everyone's safety, we ask that if your dog has shown signs of aggression, please keep them inside during our visit. The safety of our team is a top priority. If your dog is aggressive toward our team, we’ll kindly ask you to bring them inside or we may need to remove your property from our route.
HOW DO YOU INSURE THE SAFETY OF MY DOGS?
At Bucket Boyz, the safety of our clients and their dogs is our top priority. To help prevent the spread of germs, we sanitize all equipment and shoes between each yard using a kennel-grade disinfectant. We also take photos of secured gates after every visit, so you can feel confident your pets won’t get out. For added peace of mind, all Bucket Boyz team members are background checked.
HOW DO YOU DISPOSE OF THE PET WASTE AFTER EACH CLEAN UP?
Proper disposal is essential for environmental safety, as dog waste is considered a hazardous material. We offer two disposal options:
We can remove the waste from your property and dispose of it safely through Waste Management.
Alternatively, we’ll double-bag the waste and place it in your trash can or neatly on the side of your house.
DO I HAVE TO SIGN A CONTRACT FOR POOPER SCOOPER SERVICES?
No contracts! You can start, pause, or cancel your subscription anytime—just update your customer portal or give our us a call/text.
CAN I REQUEST A SPECIFIC CLEAN UP DAY?
Yes, you can request a specific cleanup day. Not every cleanup day will be available in your area, but because of our size, we can generally offer 2-3 options to best fit your schedule.
DO YOU PROVIDE ARRIVAL WINDOWS FOR SERVICES?
We don’t provide specific arrival times for our pooper scooper services. While we’ll do our best to accommodate your schedule, we optimize our routes for drive time at midnight the day before service to help keep costs low.
DO YOU PROVIDE DOG WASTE REMOVAL SERVICES YEAR ROUND?
Yes! Bucket Boyz offers dog waste removal services year-round, no matter the weather. Even in winter, we’ll be there to keep your yard clean! In areas with snow, most of the waste is still scoopable, so we’ll make sure it’s taken care of.
